Be aware that tap-water or dirty water is hard to live on . You might need spring water or rain water or cleaner water . Do not use tap-water exclusively . Be wary of too many pills or injections .

There was a problem in Thassalonica , where I thought it was mainly a problem to do with dehydration . I thought that many years ago , about 30 years ago .  And I wrote that it was a problem with eating or drinking . " Too much fish . " I wrote . I have come to more evidence which causes me to think further along this line . Blood , I now think , has to do with it . We are doing some thing to the sea which might have many things mixed in the water . Amoung which might be humans . OR HUMAN BLOOD or persons .

... We have hear'd from others , in other jurisdictions , or reality ( realities ) , that they regret moving to newer technology , and some of us regret the technology we have now , in some parts of Australia ... ( 1. footnote . ) So I say to Australians , it is ill informed and dangerous to buy in to the robot slave trade and we will not or shall not need it . We have people who are willing and able to do the work , if it is nessesary . But not to be bullied or made jokes of . Have an humanity and treat people with respect . 1.) Some people fear man-made flesh eating and eating flesh and eating other animals flesh . And I do as well .

... I have not published every thing that I have eaten . Yesterday I went to MacDonalds . The day before I ate Coles chicken . Today , this morning I ate cold Coles Chicken . This morning I was talking to some one in my mind and some feeling passed over me . The feeling was like a change or shifting into another world .

Vegans do not need to brush their' teeth . However , if you have been brushing your' teeth you should stop brushing slowly or cautiously . Try not brushing for one day and see how that goes . If you experience build up then be very cautious . IF you cannot breathe easily then continue again with the toothpaste , and brushing ! . After that just ease off slightly with the tooth paste until you can breathe and not brush . If you do not eat anything dirty then you should not need to brush . I say all of this because , I assert that you and I are healthier without using tooth-paste . My digestion is healthier , I have regular bowels and I am nourished healthier . I do not destroy my " bacteria " . I believe that our bacteria come from our selves . Chlorine and Flourine are deadly . They are known as poisons . Stay healthy .

The first time I ate a meat ( meal eaten at table ) pie , I was standing beside the canteen . To the side on the right . An older boy came and gave it to me . I said ; " It is hot . Here . " . I couldn't hold it . He held it for me . I was hungry . He said ; " Hold it by the bag . " . I was afraid to break it . And yes I tried to bite it through the bag . I didn't know how all these things worked , I was a kid and new to this new technology . Then he showed me how to open the bag . Then I ate the meat pie . He said some word I don't quite remember and things got translated but it was to do with the ingredients . Any way his word for the meat was translated to beef : Before eaten efficient food . So from now on I still think it is some thing that is recycled . Continued : BEEF is sometimes expanded to include the words ; Bowels , Entrails Excluding Fat . Some people read this or that about nutrition and they are easily swayed . Do not forsake the obvious . Veganism is a real diet . It makes perfect sense if you live rightly . Read the ten commandments and keep to them . Do not eat animals . Do not abandon your life for the sake of some meat . There is no vitamin B12 . If you spell it around the other direction it is a picture of a mouth . The one is the tongue . Some people in Vegan restaurants get afraid when some one mentions vitamins . It is a question of how much and what you want to eat . Some people eat meat to feel satisfied with a full stomach . That might help people sleep . If you can find other things to do then you might not need all that sleep . Some people eat to feel hungry . That is a question of greed . Some people might feel less energetic if they do not eat properly . Then you might want to consider Vegan foods that you feel like eating . Try cooking for your self .

The many splendours of a God created world . Does the pain matter in slumber ? They may feel just as you feel . Thinking , does that make you know ? The other , do you know how they suffer , in a world made madder and unrelenting till slumber ?

The real cause of some preventable childhood diseases includes : Sins of the mother or father ; what they ate in their lives and pregnancy ; what they did ; what the child eats or does during childhood and adulthood . Some of these diseases can be very dangerous . Immunizations do not work . They make things worse . Do not try to cover up the mess . You might try talking with The Lord , for sanctification . 

The spelling of :  LAMB : lentils , apple , mulberry , bread , somehow these ingredients are combined in to what citizens  eat as lamb . Or lentils and mouldy bread , Or lentils and mashed bread , Or lentils and much bread . PORC : porcino mushrooms , oyster , rice , canned or combined BEEF : before eaten efficient food              because everything is edible if food or because everything is edible as food , or we are eating refined poo And the jokes come ... 1. ) A meat pie looks like what it looks like . CHICKEN : certain healthy ideas concerning kitchen engineered nutrition or chicken his ideas concerning killing everything new ... ... I was invited to a McDonalds' restaurant when I was little . My friend said we should try the Southern Fried Chicken . I was only little so I didn't know what some of the words or what chicken even mean't . I tried it . It tasted good . It had many flavours and herbs and spices . At the time I didn't know...

The cure is not in the drugs or medications ... The cure is Gods' word to you in your own means of communication or talking . Some believe that taking something will help them . But this is not entirely effective . Some people believe taking a herb or drug will do this or that ... But that is not entirely true . The cure is admitting wrong doing and telling the truth of some thing that is wrong . Gods' word will guide you and help you .

We are not meant to live and burn out like a flame We know there is some thing far greater than these forgotten and but a name The spirit yearns to feel and live to create and be  There is life in the tree and must Some say there is life in the old rust To be greater than what was before  in good and love and trust . To be good as was before like God and Alpha and Omega and eternally known .

 This is characterized by feeling hot or cold at irregular times , failure to stand hot or cold intermittently , and other related signs and symptoms . It is caused by sterilizing  your' body of its' natural bacteria and commensal organisms . These organisms are good at temperature regulation and we live with them in synergy . If you use anti-biotics or fluoride and chloride then these will sterilize them . Be careful of suddenly stopping medication . Also if a cough lingers , then use a treatment such as toothpaste or inhaler or smoking , with care taken . If the smoke is too hot , then use a spacer .

There are some ... greater than utilitarianism and greater than humanism . If it wasn't for nature and God the world would be dust and ashes . The sun wouldn't rise , the seas wouldn't gather and a hole would be all that is left . Remember ... There is some ... ( ones ) .

Some how the perfume lingered It could have been my finger I shouldn't have plugged my hole Shouldn't stick things in your' asshole But I wanted to stop the fart It is no farce when you smell bad So I sat down with neither a smile or a frown Perhaps it was in my pants That's what I have to vent ...

We are humbled and guilty for every crumb we take of poor mans' bread or the rare cake Pound or pence money or sense No man lives' free  in a world gone awry Money is not freedom and counting takes time Be not the beggar or the thief Your' talents are enough with God at your' side .
