In your basin, run in some hot/warm water. Add two or three 500mg tablets of Vitamin C. Add 4-6 generous shakes of Sodium Bi-Carbonate and stir until it is dissolved. We in Melbourne , Australia , Earth think water out of the dams and taps is water. But it is not. It is mineral water. We need water, purer water. Plants watered with tap water do not fare well. As we humans do not fare well. So remember the hot water system heats water and keeps it heated for a long while driving off the impure gases. Boil tap water then cool it in a jug if you want cool water. Collect rain water. Good river water is good water. However if there are farms upstream then beware, toxic run-off from the farms can be poisonous. Watery fruits without the peel and/or additives can be good. "I am the Water and the Light" ; Christ Jesus. Water, good pure water, that is real food. I am thinking that in houses with running water; the hot water heater drives out the gases and additives. Let the water cool in hot weather. Keep a cistern of cooled water handy and let the water sit for a few days to still. Good God let it be as  You  desire for us, the best. Amen.

Pulling the hair off your body is more painful than giving birth. Beware of contraceptives they cause major changes to your biology. You may become obese, extra-hairy, have brittle bones and become unable to conceive in the long run. If you do not like body hair try rubbing aloe vera on it . And above all; what is the problem with having children? We need children. We need people.     Addition in Saturday 4-6-2022 : There is a way to be free of body hair ( ccelli ; leg , arm , torso , pubic , underarm and extraneous ) . And that is through the way of God and Gsus . Be free , be relaxed , be good . The Bible says two things furthermore to this ; " For my yoke is easy and my burden light . " . Tooth decay is caused by sexual immorality. Brush your gums to feel that gentle gum massage and your mouth will feel cleaner. Tooth decay has nothing to do with sugar unless you are indicating "wanking" or "oral ""sex""" or "fapping" when you say "sugar".

It is rude to take without giving. So I pay at the shops. It is rude to demand payment when some one cannot pay. So I resent paying at the shops. It is short sighted to demand payment every time some one walks in. I get tired of this money bill transaction every time I walk in to a shop. We will meet again. No doubt. God assured. So we can settle accounts when and where we are friends. Not this sickness when I need and not this sickness when you fear not being able to pay the rent (on your shop). Remember : Rich equals rude. IF you are rich you may have some sort of POWER. IF you have POWER why don't you do some thing about the divide between the classes?
