Some people in Vegan restaurants get afraid when some one mentions vitamins . It is a question of how much and what you want to eat . Some people eat meat to feel satisfied with a full stomach . That might help people sleep . If you can find other things to do then you might not need all that sleep . Some people eat to feel hungry . That is a question of greed . Some people might feel less energetic if they do not eat properly . Then you might want to consider Vegan foods that you feel like eating . Try cooking for your self .
