Beware of any pills you take in to your body. The pill is very concentrated material and may cause burning of the lining of your guts. In the olden days the folks used powders and tinctures, which they mixed with water to make a lose fluid. Modern day pills are made to reduce the need for measuring the dose. It is a retro grade easement because some who couldn't measure got sick of measuring out the powder. Do not rely only on the Multi-Vitamin pills for your nourishment. People need food for pleasure and stress relief and to clean out the guts. Use Multi-Vitamins with caution and only when you need to. Also do not buy those single "nutrient" medications; they cause an imbalance in your body. Also do not take any bad tasting things in to your body; these will definitely be bad. As you recall ; I do not bruise my teeth. I am not tempted to remove the white layer of stuff at the gum situ. This stuff is the teeth growing. Again a reminder about Honey and vegetable oil. Honey is a good lubricant while brushing my teeth. Oil is a good solvent for tobacco stains and other brown stuff.

I confess to the Lord above that today at lunch, I ate Kentucky Fried Chicken, Chips and Potato & Gravy. I was tempted by a tooth ache and head ache and the taste of the spices. The tooth ache was caused by downloading porno. The head ache was caused by the tooth ache and chewing gum. The temptation to eat Chicken was caused by the need for salts, medication/drug bloat, not enough sex, loneliness, being insulted, not enough Honey and the aches. May the Lord forgive me for my weakness. Save me O Great one/three for I am wrecked and racked with Sin. The Lord saves and cherishes all His own. I am in Your hands. Amen. IGWT.

If you get receding hair and yellowish teeth you could try a Multi-Vitamin pill. I have tried it for four or five days with good results. What these do in the long term I have yet to discover. : Use with caution.
