Some of the foods required for successful VEGAN diets are : well grown and cared for plants and fruits with respect for the plants , people and organisms which produce for us ; ground up and pulverized flours and powders from plant produce , which is then made in to food products ; edible organisms and living organisms which do not have much of sensation and thinking processes , such as I suppose - clams , oysters and mussels and floating things in the sea or ponds - and fungi , bacteria and yeasts , such as bread , mushrooms , fermented foods and digested foods ; reconstituted foods such as mock meats , mock CHICKEN and various vegetarian foods ; smoking may help with the health for Vegans ; and some say vitamins might be of help if the nutrition in diet is inadequate .

There are mock meats and factory produced meats and foods . Remember there is tissue culture meats . These are mainly fungal products . These may be VEGAN if they do not harm animals .

Smoking might help with a Vegan diet .

Minerals might help if derived from a vegan source . Putting leaf or vegetable ash in to water or food might help .

Remember the best food is water . Good water . There is water .

Also a good tasting meal goes a long way to helping with Vegan eating .

And remember there is always Jesus , Allah , Buddah , and the Lord Almighty .

Remember : The Lord God does not condone killing . We have always had food of various sorts , that the Lord provides , this includes food of any taste , texture or smell , or colours , or wrappings , or appearance . During the Exodus , while the Israelites were wondering the desert ; God allowed Manna to drop from the sky to feed them .

It is not recommended that babies or children are vegan because they may need mothers' milk and mothers' bacterial cultures / biome and to remember her smell .
