In your basin, run in some hot/warm water. Add two or three 500mg tablets of Vitamin C. Add 4-6 generous shakes of Sodium Bi-Carbonate and stir until it is dissolved. Leave it for a while to cool to luke warm. Hold the bottles and rub gently with hands/fingers/thumbs. The adhesive should accumulate and leave the glass easily leaving no/insignificant trace.
