There is no problem with obtaining protein

Protein comes from plants and creatures which are younger than 13 years of age.
Protein is equivalent to saying pro-teen. Foods rich in pro-teen are milk, eggs, meat and plant matter. Plant pro-teen is good for young children below the age of twelve. If you eat too much pro-teen after twelve you may have problems with health and development: For example you may develop pubic hair or unwanted body hair. Your cartilage may grow abnormally which may result in a longer nose. You may build up too much flesh which results in misshapen body. Too much development in the muscles may also result in cardio-vascular problems: For example hardened arteries and veins, heart problems, lung problems and kidney problems.
After twelve years old; you only need enough protein to replace broken protein used up in daily living or injuries. Eating fruit is good for this.

The bible has this to say: Except that a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. John 3:5-6.
