The way I prepare these delicious noodles is ; I open the packet and season the bowl with all of the oil condiment and half the dry powder condiment , I add a dash of sesame oil , two desert spoons of peanut oil , three desert spoons of vegetable oil , spring onion , coriander and a fork full of preserved cabbage . You may choose the preserved cabbage you like or try Chinese preserved vegetable or try Sauerkraut . I boil water and add the dry noodle cake . I cook the underside half of the noodle and leave the upper side half crunchy . I put the noodles and some of the water in the bowl and stir a little bit and eat . Wei Lih is made in Taiwan .

The time for cultural change has come

When it happens , it happens rapidly . The time to change from exploiting animals and plants and Mother Earth for a living has come . For those who believe in the Providence of The Supreme Father , they shall inherit the kingdom . All that is required of them is Faith . A small , miniscule step , a movement imperceptable to most , yet powerful enough to move mountains . Belief that what ever you touch , see , hear , taste has been orchestrated by God for your use . eg. You may be walking along and see on the path a seed or a rock or a loaf of hot cross bun . That is there for a reason . Figure the potential of that which comes across your path and you will see God in action . eg . Why has this beggar come to me ? Why do I find scraps of edibles here ? And remember the true tastes you imagined as a child . They can be made whole by the angels who serve us. Remember hold on to what you knew as a child for when you were , and return to being , a child you knew something good .

A note about skin/facial-skin blemishes.

For those who have skin blemishes ; do not panic! ;) These blemishes are probably caused by some thing done to the skin by either your-self on some-thing . Do not try chemicals you do not know in-depth about   on your skin . For the face : do not use cleansers which strip the skin of natural oils (sebum) . The sebum is there to prevent excess drying which might lead to discomfort , stretching or wrinkles . Do NOT try to kill bacteria from your skin : The living organisms on your skin protect you from nastier organisms . If you have a cut or break in your skin just leave it , if it gets sore ;    I must stop here because it is very difficult to give medical advice over the medium of words .
