People whom eat become confused . Confused with and mixed with what they are eating . You absorb the spirit and water of the thing you are eating . You are what you eat . Jesus said " What food that goes in through the mouth does not harm a man , it is what comes from the heart that matters . And that is what defiles . " Believe what you want to believe . These are the varying points of view . Ill health comes from taking and eating what is some one elses' . Some one elses' milk , some one elses' blood , some one elses' flesh , some one elses' life . Eat what you want to eat but make sure you do not take what is not yours' to eat . The good news is that there are different ways of making food and meat . If you seek out good vegan food then that is what they will make . We have always had the Angels to help us .
