From my personal experience I have come to believe that there is a place for erotic playtime . However there are also bad side effects to this practice .
My advice is to experience erotic playtime while fit and able . There is no age limit , young or old . I consider it a learning and self awareness journey in to the art of being in Heaven while also being Human .

The bad side is that the loss of hormonal and vital fluids causes bloating and emotional distress as well as psychic disorder . If you are round of belly and lethargic and uninspired , feeling a distance between yourself and God ; then that could be due over indulging . There is a bad side to pornography . There might be a good pornography ?

Try to engage in erotic playtime with a mate . Love is vital essence in this equation . Some one you have feelings for , some one you innately trust , some one fit and able to be with , emotionally , spiritually , in truth and in the presence of God and witnesses . There should be no secrets , no exclusions , no variation ( deviance , devils ) .

The Bible says , in the Book of Leviticus , when a man has a discharge , or when there is a blockage of discharge , he is ceremonially unclean until sunset . He will wash in water and be unclean until sunset . Anything he touches will be ceremonially unclean .
I take this passage of literature on its' word .
