Let not a man be lonely
or his soul waver

Let not he leave his garden unattended
or his house fall on him

It is not good that an able man be idle
or work be undone

Let not a good woman be spurned
or her goodness wasted

Keep the tongue satisfied with good things
so idle chatter does not come forth

Keep the good things
and so be ready when challenges come

Waste not food
for food is a blessing

Air out your room
so the moisture be balanced

Smoke out your room with herbs
so the mould be controlled

A good air or scent
is good for the soul

The way I prepare these delicious noodles is ; I open the packet and season the bowl with all of the oil condiment and half the dry powder condiment , I add a dash of sesame oil , two desert spoons of peanut oil , three desert spoons of vegetable oil , spring onion , coriander and a fork full of preserved cabbage . You may choose the preserved cabbage you like or try Chinese preserved vegetable or try Sauerkraut . I boil water and add the dry noodle cake . I cook the underside half of the noodle and leave the upper side half crunchy . I put the noodles and some of the water in the bowl and stir a little bit and eat . Wei Lih is made in Taiwan .

I have the morals of a Long Sufferring Soul . I believe in the righteousness of the poor , the under dog , the outcast . I abhor oppression , mass outrage and self righteousness .  I believe in the personal touch , the Home , the Heart , The Forever Love , the Love Child , the Friend , The Jesus and Mary . I value beauty , I value more so smarts , I value more so intelligence , I value more so humour , I value more so kindness , I value more so personality , I value more so a Faith in God , above .
