My mother and my mum

My  mother is a very smart woman .

My mum is not evil . She just presents an alternate view to mine and helps me balance my ying and yang . Remember the lesson from the Book of Revelation : Jesus comes back and is angry because humanity did not abide by His words . My mum is helping me balance good and bad so that I do not get into anxiety about enabling evil doers in their self - destruction .

The way I prepare these delicious noodles is ; I open the packet and season the bowl with all of the oil condiment and half the dry powder condiment , I add a dash of sesame oil , two desert spoons of peanut oil , three desert spoons of vegetable oil , spring onion , coriander and a fork full of preserved cabbage . You may choose the preserved cabbage you like or try Chinese preserved vegetable or try Sauerkraut . I boil water and add the dry noodle cake . I cook the underside half of the noodle and leave the upper side half crunchy . I put the noodles and some of the water in the bowl and stir a little bit and eat . Wei Lih is made in Taiwan .

I have the morals of a Long Sufferring Soul . I believe in the righteousness of the poor , the under dog , the outcast . I abhor oppression , mass outrage and self righteousness .  I believe in the personal touch , the Home , the Heart , The Forever Love , the Love Child , the Friend , The Jesus and Mary . I value beauty , I value more so smarts , I value more so intelligence , I value more so humour , I value more so kindness , I value more so personality , I value more so a Faith in God , above .
