White residue on teeth #2

These days I use a stiff brush as well as a taperred soft brush . I brush at the gum line and the gums . I use a mixture of Vanilla , peppermint essence , oil of choice and some - times just tap water .
I gargle with the residue of the mixture or with cold water .
