Snack Foods

Remember to amuse yourself and others with snacks and Drinks . Snack foods do not fill you up or add nutrients or poisons or medications . They just amuse the GI tract . ;)
   Drinks (when pronounced drin ks , where the k is nearly silent) have water as the main nutrient .
Water gives you energy and lubrication and is the healthier part of all snack foods .
